Kelli has a passion to encourage and equip Christian leaders in ministry and in the marketplace. During the past fifteen years, she has developed and delivered training solutions for marketplace organizations like Discover Card, Target Financial Services and Charles Schwab.
In ministry, Kelli has frequently spoken at workshops and retreats on topics including marriage, intentional living, silence and solitude, and intimacy with God. She has also worked with the church overseas. Kelli and her husband have visited and encouraged leaders all over the world and led teams of young adults overseas for the past 19 years. Kelli is currently working as a Regional Director for Apartment Life. This new challenge has provided opportunity to build on her skills of intentionality to continue to have a well-tended soul and a well-cared for family.
Kelli finds renewal in silence and solitude and exercise like running, walking and reading a good book. She has been married to Richard for 19 years and they have just planted a church in Chandler, AZ called Chrio Communities. They have three children, Madison, Cade and Caleb.
